Two-Vehicle Collision Leaves Car Overturned on Farm
According to news sources, a two-vehicle collision on Fairview Road Tuesday morning left one man with minor injuries after the vehicle he was driving overturned as a result of the collision, landing on its roof next to a farm.
The accident took place as the driver of a Ford F-150 attempted to make a left turn from Santa Ana Valley Road onto Fairview Road after stopping at the intersection stop sign. An approaching Toyota pickup truck traveling northbound at the time was struck by the Ford and ended up spinning and subsequently overturning. The vehicle ended up landing on its roof.
The incident caused the Toyota to land next to a farm, about 200 feet from the point of impact on the intersection.
The driver of the Toyota was transported to an area hospital for treatment after sustaining minor injuries in the crash. The driver of the Ford reportedly escaped without injury.
No other injuries or collisions were reported.
