Rainy Conditions in San Diego Lead to Multiple Crashes
Rainy weather conditions were the apparent impetus for two car accidents that resulted in drivers being transported to hospitals in San Diego.
Both incidents occurred in the early hours of the morning, although the exact time of one of them was not immediately known. This first crash took place as a vehicle was heading west down State Route 94. As the automobile was approaching the place where that road meets Interstate 805 going south, the driver lost control and the vehicle somehow crashed. It veered off the road, rolling multiple times and coming to a stop 20 feet away. The injured driver was taken to a hospital.
The second crash took place along Interstate 15 at around 3:30 am. As the vehicle approached the vicinity of Bernardo Center, the automobile came upon water accumulated in the roadway. This caused the vehicle to go out of control and roll. The driver of that vehicle also needed to be transported to a local medical center.
The inclement weather had begun to fall off around 6:30, just in time for the morning commute, but drivers are being warned that conditions could still be spotty throughout the day.
Even though these crashes took place far south of my Roseville car accident lawyer environs, I’m still saddened to see these incidents unfold at all. Drivers must be especially careful when driving along roads affected by rain and other weather conditions. Doing so is imperative to maintaining safety. I hope as a personal injury attorney in Roseville that my words are heeded.
