Troxel Flexible Flyer Swing Sets pose injury risk to consumers

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada today announced that the Troxel Company (located in Moscow, TN) is recalling its Flexible Flyer Swing Sets. It has been reported that the see saw seats can break away from the bolt fasteners during use, putting the user at risk of injury. There were 1,232 reports of the seats breaking away from the bolt fasteners resulting in 13 injuries to young children. The injuries included bumps, bruises, and lacerations. It is strongly recommended that consumers stop use of the product immediately until otherwise instructed.
