Distracted drivers ticketed by undercover police

Undercover law enforcement officers in Moncton are dressing up in costumes to nab driver’s distracted by texting on their cell phones. Some might laugh, but it seems to be working. One officer issued more than 25 fines while dressed up as a construction worker. Other costumes  donned by law enforcement officers include: a bicyclist costume  and a homeless person costume.
