Fall hazard prompts sleigh bed recall expansion
A recall of 2,500 sleigh beds manufactured in North Carolina has been issued by the manufacturer, Samuel Lawrence Furniture, due to a possible fall hazard. The specific beds being recalled are the “Full- and Twin-Size Bordeaux Collection Bed Frames.” There have been about 2,400 sold in the U.S. and another 100 in Canada. There have been 100 reports of detaching frames, including incidents leading to minor injuries.
