Undercover CHP cracks down on pedestrian safety laws
Plain-clothes officers from the California Highway Patrol conducted a special operation to enforce pedestrian right of way laws in Westminster. Officers cited motorists who failed to yield the right of way to pedestrians at the crosswalk at the intersection of Guinida Lane and Gilbert Street, where a woman and her daughter were struck by a vehicle in February.
