A UCSF white shuttle bus struck and killed a 65 year old woman Wednesday as she was crossing Geary Street at Leavenworth Street in San Francisco as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle on November 18, 2010. The 12:27 p.m. accident occurred as the bus was headed north on Leavenworth and turned left onto Geary, hitting the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
