Driving the Speed Limit? You Still Might Be Ticketed

11.19.10

The big storm forecast to drench the Sacramento Valley and bring blizzard conditions to the Sierra Nevada is on its way as reported by the Sacramento Bee on November 19, 2010.  So if you are driving up to Lake Tahoe from the Bay Area or Sacramento for the holidays, please be careful.  One thing you may not know is that if you are in an accident and you were driving the speed limit, you still may be found at fault for driving at an unsafe speed.  This is especially true when you are driving in snow or rain.   If you have any questions, about an injury or accident case, contact the Sacramento car accident attorneys at The Otus Law Group.
